We will gladly accept any enquiries regarding products that have been purchased directly from us, either on our online store or one of our retail stores. For indirect purchases, please contact your place of purchase.

You may select a replacement product from our current range. If the cost of the replacement product is less than your original purchase, then we will issue a credit voucher for the difference. Credit vouchers are redeemable on our online store or retail locations. If the cost of the replacement product is more than your original purchase, then the difference will be charged to your original credit card.
